An initial training seminar on landscape scale conservation was conducted in Bucharest, involving over 20 representatives of ministries, national agencies andcompanies. The seminar was held under A3 activity – Build capacity of management of responsible agencies in landscape scale conservation of target species in the project area.
The seminar covered the following themes: connectivity and fragmentation, biodiversity, ecosystem services, legislation, integrated management and participatory processes.
